2 Bottles of the incredible 2008 Dom Pérignon Brut Champagne….nnDom Perignon is always a stunner, but the 2008 is unbelievable and off the chart – the best vintage by far, its uber fresh, lively but velvety, long and so teasing. Really compelling and hard to resist!! nnBear in mind this 2008 vintage was released after the 2009 vintage!! ……That’s because of its depth and extra potential. Then the fact that this is also the final vintage for Richard Geoffroy as the Chef de Cave (head winemaker), this vintage symbolizes a lot and carries a lot of expectation…..frankly it over exceeds – hence its becoming more and more rare and expensive, as more people discover 2008 DP and it gets better and better with age. nnAll purchased direct on release, I have a few cases IB and storage available and these 2 bottle are duty paid from my collection in my EuroCave – so stored perfectly, but I really need the space and these 2 bottles are taking up the space of 6 others reds due!! nI have kept the Gift Boxes and will provide these (as shown for the photo) and I will send these as well as they are nice and have additional info to read etc.nnA Perfect gift, a compelling investment, but frankly just stunning to drink yourself!!n
