Description

Clarendon Hills is a small family-run winery based in Blewitt Springs, South Australia. Roman Bratasiuk founded the company in 1990 with a view to making exceptional single vineyard wines. Having trained as a biochemist, he uses his scientific knowledge, as well as his excellent palate to make his wines. He use old vines and traditional techniques, such as natural yeasts and minimal sulphur additives, as well as making sure the whole process is done by hand. This means the wines created express the unique varietal imprint of the vineyard and have a true sense of place. Fruit is sourced from different vineyards in McLaren Vale and the resulting wines are huge and concentrated.
